Return & Refund Policy (for Shop Online and Other Printing & Gift Products)
- easyu.my will not be responsible if any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer through courier and pick up by customer will not be the responsibility of easyu.my and there will be no refunds.
- easyu.my are unable to accept returns except we sent out the wrong items or parcel.
- If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
- easyu.my will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed and paid alreadly.
