Terms of Services (for Shop Online and Other Printing & Gift Products)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Kindly check through your shopping cart and ensure that the item(s) are accurate prior to carting them out as we will not be able to change your orders once it has been processed.

PRICES:
Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCT:
Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

A difference of 1-2cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurement may not be considered as a defect.

DELIVERY:
All orders will be processed upon verification payment received in our company bank. Products delivery timelines normally within 1-3 days (does not include processing timelines) depend type of products purchased and shipping methods selected by customer. Our pick up service by courier services is carried out during working hours, Monday- Friday excluding weekends and local public holiday (Malaysia). 

For Shop Online Only: Same Day Delivery available in Klang Valley by our own company driver shipping method (for certain products only), please check with us before order placed. Cut-off time for Same Day Delivery is listed in our Cart Page where you filling Shipping Method (Cut off time is vary accordind to the respective shipping postcode areas).

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer by courier/customer pick-up will not be the responsibility of easyu.my and there will be no refunds.

Important Note: Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed and paid alreadly.
